Fuel pump dead??
well i parked the honda for a couple weeks and go to start it up today to take it for a spin just so it isnt sitting and turn the key over the the motor is turning over but not starting... so i just turned the key to see if the fuel pump is priming and i didnt here anything... so i pull the fuel pump out and take it off the guard bracket.. hook it up straight to a 12v batt and it bumps one time almost like its stuck or something... it only does it say once every 5 times i tried to get it to work.. is my fuel pump bad?
also if i replace it with a walbro 255 ...being my D16 is 100% stock will it hurt anything

be aware walbro pumps are loud and sound very strange when the tank is low on fuel, so when you buy, install, and drive for a while, dont be alarmed.
just keep the tank at least 1/4 full or more

if you didnt care to read, he says he is boosting in the future
yeah a 190 would be good to around 250hp or more, but he might build for more power. besides, that 255 rate gives him a pretty large safety margin for the pump lol

Yeah, 255 liters is 67 gallons, surely no one is going to use 5.5 gallons per minute under any boost. Even changing to 60 PSI fuel pressure will keep it in the mid-50s per hour. A majority is still going to just hit the return line even on a 190. With that said, it'll work fine and, as mentioned, be cheaper than stock-replacement.
(* I have a Walbro 255 on a stock SOHC, shhhh)

Re: Fuel pump dead??
I got mine from Amazon, you'll definitely get it cheaper elsewhere though. You just have to remove the old pump from the lid assembly and toss new one on, it comes with clamps and a new sock filter though your factory clamps are fine.
Just have a Phillips head screwdriver, 10mm wrench, pliers/something to undo the clamps, and maybe some other size wrenches (not likely) and you'll be able to do this. The electrical connection is a direct plug-in replacement (as it should be).
