Default fuel issue with my jdm swap ?

Ok im trying to figure out if im just tripping here or not. My old car was a plain gsr swap and i averaged about 280 full tank. Now i have a hatch have the stock d15 in it still 280 average. Then i swapped a few months ago a jdm gsr with a b16tranny. Now at the time i did not have a o2 senor and i was still average about 250-260 i cant complain and i know the o2 sensor does come in to play. Then now like 3 to 4 weeks ago i have been averaging about 200-210. My gas average has shot down alot. Now i just last week finally got myself a o2 sensor but i now average 200. Would this be maybe due to a fuel pump issue im going to upgrade this week to a walbro 255. I'm just trying to see if this would help my gas mileage or something else i need to check i have change the fuel filter and all other tune ups but i gotta drive average 100 miles a day and it kinda sucks im just trying to figure out what killing my gas.

Default Fuel issue with jdm gsr swap

Before swap was done i was getting rough 280 full tank on d15 motor. Now after swap was done i was getting the same for awhile and it has slowly decrease to 180-200 full tank over a span of 5 months. Now i cleaned my lines changed the fuel filter and check the pump checked spark plugs and wires. Nothing seems to be bad. I know the gas tank under inpecting it has gunk black gunk built up so im now buying a new gas tank and undergrading fuel pump to a Deatschwerks 300lph. At the same time changing once again the fuel filter. Im really stuck on what else could cause a issue like this ? any suggestions ?

Fuel tank and pump will have nothing to do with your gas miles! Maybe the fuel sock inside the tank but I doubt that. Try a good carb or fuel injector cleaner...one that's in a metal can they work better.

Have check the sock its in good health, and also did a good carb cleaner this past saturday. And i had to refuel up last night at 170 to my tank, almost didnt make it to the gas station. Also since this problem of pass has been going down, when in idle it goes up a lil goes up and down from 1k to 1.5k dont know if this is a whole other issue or if this is something to do with it as well. Im just trying to troubleshoot what maybe the cause of this weird issue.
