fuel pressure
i'm gettin mixed results when searching. i just got a aem fuel ral and holley fpr on my car. without the vaccum line hooked up it reads 41psi, but with it plugged, its about 30psi. am i suppose to set it to 40psi with or without the vaccum plug because its running bad right now. what is the proper way to adjust the fuel pressure?

Re: fuel pressure (sheBangZ)
if thats how you take it then fine.
its like this, right now you dont need a step in fuel pressure. a stock rail and reg can flow enough for 400 whp. you are adding fuel to an engine that doesnt need it thats why i ask. oh and btw the clamp on holley fpr, just like the bm command flow and vortech fuel commander, are junk. had one. never held fuel pressure at all.
so before you go off judging why people ask you questions think about it. i asked you a vaild question. if you want to run pig rich for no reason, go ahead. thats fine with me.
this is why i only post every now and then in this forum. this forum has gone to crap. ill stay in dr/fi from now on.
