so i have some extra money, not really sure what i should get. toss up between a nice sway bar setup, brake upgrade, something to give me more of a edge at nasa. me and friend where in so-cal visiting some other friends so we decided to go check out jdmhondaparts...they always seam to have a good collection of jdmshit. well we call them up to directions, the guy on the phone spouts off directions real quick like he was pissed that i asked. i have him repeat, didn't quite get it all. he goes "why are you comming here anyway?" i said to check out your showroom, snoop around, see what i can get. then he goes "why? we have a small showroom, there is no reason to come here..." at that point i said "**** off then, i'll go to inline..." then promptly hungup.

yeah lately i dont know wassup with them lately
theyve been having bad customer service lately
they prolly think theyre hard now or something cause theyre business is getting big
i emailed about a strut bar if they had it in stock, they replied saying they did, but when i went there they said they didnt have it in stock wtf

Ive ordered from them one time and got pretty good service from some kid. I had just moved and my credit card address didnt match. I had called my cc company up to change the information. It would have taken the system about 3 days to change it all up.
The young sounding person had called my bank after I gave him my number and he verified. He actually called me back and told me the package was good to go.

I can see a trend of poor customer service with you other users, I dont think they care.

they dont want to give you the time of day, dont give the business. And that goes for any place you go. I wouldnt mine paying a tad more for good customer service.

This makes me laugh whole-heartidly...Same thing hapened to me when I went there. This skinny *** asian kid gave me some friggin' attitude, so I just walked out. I wanted to sock him in the mouth, but rather decided to leave and go eat Jack In the Box. Everyone just writes this off as..."Sheng wasn't there, if he was that wouldn't have happened." I say F that. They represent his company, therfore him. If they are dicks, so is he. And something tells me, he could care less about how we feel about his company. But wait, there will be a few of his loyal "customers" that defend him cause they get hooked up fat when it comes to parts.

jdmhondaparts = I went there...and they dont even have a showroom...I dont know what they're talking about...Its just another ******* hole in the wall with a bunch of engines laying around..and THAT'S IT!..EVERYTHING they say they have is at "our other shop" (whatever..Im not stupid) or on backorder..Plus..the facilities are really dirty...

JDMhondaparts works for me Havent had anything bad happen there.
And Robocar went out of business because there sticker was on the Green Eclipse in F&F....J/K. They went out of busniess because they would steal customers cars and sell the parts they installed.

I agree. I called em up 4-5 times a while back to set up a wholesale account, and was put on hold for over 10 minutes the first 2 times I called, thanks Sheng.
When I finally got to asking about an account, the prices I received were quite unbelievable, and I was told that I had to buy more than the $2,000 I was already ordering to get a better deal! I wished he'd told me he didn't even sell wholesale in the first place, because they sure as hell weren't equipped to do so.

JDMHondaparts I got a couple boys out here that are cool with them, but for the rest that call them up its straight bad coustomer service..I rather spend my money at inlinefour better customer services and same prices to
