it'll have a lot of oversteer. good for auto-x but on high speed turns its kinda dangerous.

mine has no sway bars stock and there is no oversteer whatsoever - it's near impossible with a front-drive car, unless you use the e-brake. if i really push it i can get the back end to slide a little, but that's with rear tie bars.

how is it dangerous when the civic dx and cx did not even come w/ a front swaybar??? the car will definatly not handle as well as it used to w/ the bar there tho..

Take it off for auto-cross, you will need to have the car oversteer so that you can tuck in on small radius corners. Sometimes you don't even have to brake and the tail would slide out for you just by letting go of your accelerator by weight transfer. Hehe, see what kind of driving you are going to do and and decide if you wanna take them off or not

You can also save weight by getting rid of the pesky front brake calipers... damn things are so heavy!

I run without a front sway bar and a Suspension Techniques rear sway bar.... have no problems on a road course. So, to whoever said there's too much oversteer for high speed turns is on crack or never has set foot on a road course with a car without a front sway.

Granted, it is a bit more tail happy... but, it helps out in the slower speed turns. Not all that hard to "handle"...
