Default FPR Installation

I just got a FPR for my SOHC ZC. It came with no instructions I guess I get that from buying it off ebay. It has in inlet and outlet and then the vacuum line. I know where the vacuum line goes and where the inlet is coming from but where do I run the outlet. Does that hook into the fuel rail itself. Thanks

inlet attaches to fuel rail, outlet to the fuel return line, and the vaccum line goes to the intake manifold (where the stock fpr hooks up)
