formal intro
My name is David and I live in Davis, California. I joined the Honda-Tech forums recently and I do not believe that I have introduced myself. I own a 1993 Honda Del Sol Si D16Z6 with 76,000 miles now. Hence my forum name. Bought the car with 74,000. I also own a 1992 Honda Elite CH80 which by circumstance ended up being the same color as the car, but the sunlight helped out with the scooter's color. I am also an import technician at an independent import repair shop.
Here is my car. The rims have since changed from what you see to a simple 6 spoke 16" from a rim swap. Used to have 17's. I will be dropping down to 15's in time.

Re: formal intro
Nice low mileage del sol, not a fan of the bodykit or the headlights, I have been debating on bumping up to a 16in wheel though from a 15, little better tire selection.

Re: formal intro
Nice paint! I like it. If it were mine, I'd probably get rid of the front bumper and go with something more stock looking. I do like the sides and the rear though. Welcome!

Re: formal intro
The car is as you see it when I bought it except for the rim change. Thanks on the low mileage comment. I was surprised when I bought it too. I saw other del Sols for sale with 100-200k on them. I will be switching out the headlights to a one piece unit instead of the two separate housing. The paint has orange peel when you look at it up close, but from a distance it looks clean. The pics were taking after I washed, claybared and waxed her. I believe the front kit is a CWest or something to that effect. I would have like it stock front bumper, but my cash flow is not the best lol. If any of you are wondering what is in the garage it's a 1974 Porsche 914 my fathers, but I drive and maintain it now.
