foglight not working!
Alright so i puchased some jdm foglights on ebay about a months ago for my 95 eg. installed them and everything worked fine. they both lit up looked great.
2 weeks later the driver side foglight stopped working. i figured the bulb went out or something so i took it apart and all that stuff and the bulb is fine????????????? the foglight still connected. I dont know what it could be.
does anyone know what the problem is?

EBAY uh? that's the problem. Overall it's the ebay "jdm" items that don't have any real quality. I had the same problem. So far I brought two pairs on ebay. They suck and don't last a bit. You pay for what you get.

your wires are pnicing somewhere trying moving your wires if the light comes on and off when your moving them around you might have to relocate/run your wire different...happened to me 2 month ago with foglights on my coupe

It's your bulbs. Trust me. I had the same thing happen to me but on my passenger side. Save yourself the problem and just go pick up some good h3 bulbs at your local parts store. No problems ever since. Well....except for that stupid cracked lens.

It gets worse trust me.
I bought the ebay foglight specials, and coming out of work one day, it was a little foggy so I turned em on.
About 2 minutes later smoke started billowing out of the engine compartment.
The ebay harness was toast, melted wires all the way, and neARLY FRIED THE REST OF MY WIRING, CAUSING A ENGINE FIRE!
I dont know if it was the cheap relay that jammed or a pinched wire, but get this...
The fuse in the fuse block that came with it did not blow, the fuse block case melted, and even some of the plastic on the fuse melted, but the fuse didnt blow.
I suggest dropping to a lower amp fuse just to be safe. (cant remember what they had in it)

Re: foglight not working!
so many different answers.... the bulbs are fine by what i seen. I havent gotten around to checking the wiring yet cause its a pain in the *** to get the bumper off/on with the fogs on. I bet it is the wiring which sucks cause i probably dont have a way to fix that. unless i get new wires
