Default fluidyne radiator

I own a 94 civic ex and I just ordered a fluidyne radiator for it because I fryed my stock one. I heard a rumor that they can actually gain you about 5-10 hp. Is this true? I was also wondering if anyone knows if you can just bolt the stock fan onto the radiator, or how does that work?
