Did you do the ls/vtec yourself? Also what is your rev limit set at, and are you using a block girdle? Anyways great set up!

Well in about a month a 99-00 Si front end w/ lip is going on and I will just paint the headlight housing black. Also the car is going to be painted again CW.
For some of the motor questions, I ran a 14.1 as my best time, on street tires. I only dynoed at 160whp, utuned running extremly rich bc of my ECU, and bigger injectors for safety of the high comp, until tuned. Comp is about 11.8:1. That 14.1 was also w/ a GSR tranny

well maybe you should read my post better. i was stating why do a ls/vtec when he obviously had a GSR 1.8 dohc vtec motor. the whole point of doing ls/vtec is to be 1.8 doch vtec. but a gsr is already that but better. on your dumbass

And to the other dumbass, I never had a complete GSR. I bought everything seperatly. Tell me what you would rather have... a used 30k motor that could be ragged out. OR a completely rebuilt brand new everything bottom end. When I cranked mine it has 0 miles... not 20, 30, 80k. And mines stock putting down 160untuned, w/ the right a/f ratio and tuning 170 is easy stock, thats around what stock Type-r's put down, nto a gsr
