Default Fair price for clutch install??

what price should i look for to do a clutch job on my 2000 SI??

$200 sounds about right from most shops..and this does include resurfaced flywheel if needed

Around here $50-$60/hour and as most shops it's considered a 3-3.5 hour job

Got my tranny and clutch put in for 150
It was a side job.

so around $200 then, i was quoted 250, is this too high ya think??

well are just installing the clutch and using the stock flywheel? and are they including resurficing of the flywheel in that price... over all that is not bad.. your luck you don't have a VW golf or so.. the price quote is like 400+ for them

250 isn't a bad price, as long as it is a reputable shop.

why not do it urself?
Yeah if you have time and access to place to do it, its a good learning experience.
That is if your somewhat mechanically inclined.
