ey peeps, quick question about oem parts..
Hey peeps, i need to change my distributor and rotor caps but i am on a low budget right now. Should i just save up and get oem or just get some from autozone or some place? Is there any real difference? I always use oem but i am getting married soon so i need to spend as little as possible. What brand is oem anyways? i know that it says honda on the wraper of oem parts but the manufacturer is someone else i believe. Tek is it? like when i bought some oem wires from honda they were wrapped in honda packaging but were made by sumitomo. Thanks in advance and God bless.

if you have a 96-98 civic with less than 150,000K on it Honda will replace them for free cause of some recall. I just saw a thread about it on here a while ago. Just call Honda of America and ask them.
