Default Extended shifter

ive searched HT, but i have seen pictures of it on here
anyone on here have extended shifters, long throw shifters(?). i saw it in a picture of an interior shot either from a dc2 or an em1. Cant remember, saw it a while back and cant find it again. Well i was looking for who makes them. or where to buy em.

why the hell would you possibly want to do that? cuz if its for smoother shifts, a weighted **** is supposed to help wit thatm should do the same thing really

i was just interested in them for the moment. im not planning on buying one. but for the future, where can i buy one?

It's to put the shifter closer to the steering wheel ... but people who just street race for 'cred' wouldn't get that.

Also been covered here, is a homemade product of boredome from Bense. Also covers concepts of longer throw vs shorter throw in the conversation, and some examples of shifter extensions. But that's only if you want to do research...
