honestly man, your gonna prob. get alot of people saying it ricey and all, but how i look at it, is its your car build it for you and not for other people, if you like it go for it.......my car has a apexi n1 catback, and i get 80% of people say "yo thats rice"

Re: exhaust tip, ricey? or not?
ricey as FAF. thats also a whole muffler not just a tip. 4 in is way huge.
it'll be loud as a train.
canisters are horrible mufflers.
buy a system from vrs. new res and muffler. don't drift slant it. this isn't a 240sx.
but it is your car. i have ricey tail lights, but OEM just look horrid to me.

If you can find one, I'd recommend a muffler from Silverline
Got one on my Civic, sounds mellow and low at idle, deep when accelerating, and only really raspy at redline

Re: exhaust tip, ricey? or not?
It's your car, so if you think it looks good, go ahead. Just a warning though, you will likely be pulled over for loud exhaust and you don't even benefit from an exhaust like that since you'll only gain 1-2hp over a quieter system.
It sounds like you already have a system, so I'd suggest finding a different muffler to keep the exhaust quieter and if you don't already, a resonator will help cut the higher pitch raspy sound to achieve a more mellow tone.

Re: exhaust tip, ricey? or not?
For mufflers, the eBay twin loop, any OEM muffler (GSR, ITR, RSX-S), the turbo/super turbo mufflers from Summit or Jegs, or an Apexi WS2 or the knockoff Yonaka muffler will all sound quieter.
I painted my muffler black since it was chrome. And the Yonaka muffler has a large tip, so I intend to get a short mandrel bent piece of stainless tubing to weld on to make a turned down tip eventually. However my car is a street car I intend to keep as low key as possible, so what I am after may be different than others.
