exhaust squeeking??

exhaust squeeking??
i think a squeek from my car is coming from my exhaust but cant tell for sure. thought it was a belt at first, but it isn't coming from under the hood, it is coming from under the car.
could my "stock header"-to-cat section be broken, or the cat-to-rest of exhaust be busted, just all of a sudden???
every time i hit a bump it squeeks pretty loud, even when idling it squeeks, and gets worse as the car heats up. kinda sounds like metal scraping. could my exhause have split and be rubbing? but it didn't get any louder...
please help!!

Take that thing around the block to get it warmed up, jack the sucker up and look underneath.
Before you do that, while it's cold, grab the muffler and shake it around....can you recreate the problem?
