You should check craigslist or ebay, there are tons of stuff, for your year and model. I doubt you would get both for under 100 bucks, unless someone was desperate and needed the cash or a friend would give them to you for that price.

Just buy a ebay intake for your vehicle, them purchase a K&N or AEM filter for it, if you want to make sure you got a good filter.
And if you are referring to putting a muffler on your stock piping, don't even bother, it's not going to sound much different, the only thing it is going to do is attract more cops. Just save for a full catback.

lol thats true, cuz its just a stock civic, there is no point in putting an exhaust tip on it, ill just get a CAI and thatll be it considering that i dont wanna make it a ricer too much haha.
