any idea on what needs to be done ?

bring it to a muffler shop and have them mod the muffler to fit. the mid-pipe will work with an ex cat and manifold. u have to have the tip shortened its too long for the hatch and u have to have the pipe to the muffler shortened. a muffler shop should be able to do this easily and pretty cheaply for u.
