Exhaust ?

Exhaust ?
I just ordered a Apex WS cat back exhaust, Carsound cat, and I have a JDM header that is going on my hatchback. Is there going to be a problem with it fitting?
The reason why I ask is, my hatch has a DC header, gutted stock cat, and a Greddy SP. The header and Greddy is all cut up to be made to fit together. When I put it on a lift last week, it lookedas if the DC had a extension of flex pipe welded to it to reach the cat and the Greddy was extended as well. I bought the car about 2 months ago and this is how it came. Beleive me, I would have never done this.
It could have just been parts off of other cars made to fit together, but I thought to ask just to be safe.
