I am kind of in the same boat as you, I had the Tanabe Racing Super Medalion (the all stainless one) on my Accord and I loved it I didn't think it was to loud, but a lot of people think they are loud.

Re: Exhaust
Well I'm running full stainless 2.5" Skunk2 Mega Power exhaust on my EM1 (with a test pipe)...and it is very loud...but nice and deep and clean sounding. I would say go for it, I don't think that you will be unhappy...I know that I'm not.

Re: Exhaust (walker111)
if you are looking for deep loud like a V8 it aint gonna happen, i have apexi World Sport, and its nice and deep just not loud. I also have a short ram intake and that makes the car louder too.

Im runnin the sape exact setup. I Love it. It does get quite loud at time, but it has a nice loudness to it and not an annoying farting note. Plus a nice low idle.

I've heard the 5Zigen Fireball has an awesome tone, can anyone confirm that? I'm actually looking into getting it, either that or the N1.

Greddy Evo is pretty ****** loud. You could also take off your axleback for a couple days and see how that works in the volume department.
