EX and LX same guage face?

EX and LX same guage face?
Im looking to get a new guage face, converting my auto to manual soon, so i was wondering if the auto LX has the same face (except for the gear indicator part) as the EX manual?
I think autos would have same since some listings indicate like "EX/LX" since both have a tach, but when you go to manual will it be different? like number lacations? i dont want to be pulled for doing 10 over if i thought i was doin 5 lol, and i want accurate RPMs indication. If anyone knows please let me know. Im getting off ebay and the guy says he doesnt accept returns if it doest fit or something like that.
Any help appreciated, as always.

Yes, they are the same. But...
If all you want to do is get rid of your gear indicator, I would suggest buying just a new fuel/temp gauge and swap it. I would definitely be cheaper and easier for you.
A new one from hondaautomotiveparts.com is under $30 I believe.

im getting just the face, like the white part with the numbers on it.
The only good looking one i found (the right color blue, lol im picky) is going for $11, bit S&H the guy is charging $25, SOB, maybe i can haggle on that.
As long as the numbers match up itl be all good, lol, also, is there a way to change the color of the odometer? isntead of the pale green make it blue too?

i dont think there the same friend of mine has a 99 LX and there is no tach its the saem as DX. might be different for other years tho.

They ARE the same...except i know SOME of my friends with a dx or lx dosnt have a tach ......all the more reason to get a big bulky tach ...

All LXes came with a tach. Are you sure he doesn't have a DX or a VP?

also i just lost the bid cuz i didnt buy it, sum1 else did, and that was the only one with blue light that i saw, most others are like neon bright blue, iw ant teh dark blue, but its gone, the only one i found is gone!! ahhh! maybe sum1 else knwos where i can find a good looking one? (Darker blue, not bright neon blue) for manual 02 LX (it has a tach) (its auto but gunna be manual soon)
