Im curious if it is possible to bolt up EX coupe doors to a hatch so that i can do the power window, mirror, lock conversion or would it be easier to just get the panels and do it that way. thanks

Thats not a bad idea, get an EX floor harness, and EX doors, and just swap the doors and run the wires through the door jams. Does the CX have the rubber boots that run from the car to the door, or no?

As far as I can remember, yes it does.
I actually just got the internals from the ex doors and the panels when I did mine. I is actually quite easy to do. But if the whole door can be swapped that might be even easier.
good luck

On second thought, maybe just swapping the door insides and panels is a better idea, unless you are getting the car repainted. I'd say the chances of finding the same color door + the same fading/wear on the door is slim. Would just suck to have mismatched doors.

Yea that's why I chose to swap just the interior components.
