is every d series header the same length (fit both d15b7 and D16z6)
I'm looking at a header but the guy I'm buying it from only knows that it will fit a D16Z6 for sure. I have a b7 and want to make sure it fits before I buy it.

Yup!
EDIT: Does anyone know about the header support down under the car?? on the y7 its horizontal and on the y8 based headers it needs to be vertical...anybody know if you even need it?? Sorry to jack the thread, just thought the peeps who knew this would know the other!

My DC Sports header box said 92-95 EX/Si.....I put it on the CX* motor to begin with, then a free DX upgrade, then to a free Si upgrade. It worked for all.
*had to get a new cat + cat-back exhaust, due to a funky stock CX header with the cat built into it.

No, Not all D Series are the Same Length.
This is for 6th Gen's tho.
1996-00 CX and DX's have the cat built into the header and they have shorter headers then the 1996-2000 EX they have the cat bloted down under the car, and not into the header
A 1996-00 EX Header will only work for a EX, it can work for a DX, but the piping will come up short.
