Yeah, so I get confused alot..maybe someone can clear this up for me...
What are the different letterings for the different civic engines? Like b16c, etc... what does it all mean? Thanks!

The first letter is the series of the motor, the numbers in the middle stand for the size of the motor, i.e., b16a-1.6 liters....
