engine and tranny type

i have a 94 civic 4 door and i dont know what motor or tranny i have can i tell from the vin a plaque on the motor or can someone tell me, assuming the motor hasnt been changed thanks oh its non vtech

Enter your VIN at the Majestic Honda website. That's where to start.

Then look for numbers here:
