Engine Swap Checklist
Im getting a eg civic hatch, just wondering if anyone wants to take the time to
write a checklist for what i need to complete a b-series motor swap. i'd also appreciate a few sites/locations where I can get b-series motors at resonable prices. Thanks.

Re: Engine Swap Checklist (pervythedamnclown)
Engine
Mounts
Transmission
ECU
Axles
Shift Linkage
That's just a basic list of the parts I can think of. EG's are really easy. Just order an OBD1 motor and it will come with all that stuff and it literally bolts right in. If you order a B16, do NOT get the SiR1 B16, it will give you problems with bolting in, wiring, and transmission going from cable to hydro...buy anything 92-95 and you will have no issues at all. Also, try a search on this website and also try Hybrid Garage for wiring and other swap related info.
