Default engine start problem

My car is 98 civic with b16a2 engine and obd2a electrical wiring,
By mistake i bought aem ems 1050 and i cant give it back. When we try obd2a to obd2b harness, it failed.
When we first start the car, crank cant easily turn and afr going lean in idle, egt is rising up to 550-600 degrees celcius. After the problem we turn off the engine, car start without having problem.
We known that its not related with base map. We tried several different working maps form other civic?s with same specs and it repeats the problem.
Can it be a obd2a wiring problem or anything else?
Help asap.
Sorry for my poor english.
