engine light on
For no reason at all, my engine light came on. I have a 1994 del sol. My mechanic asked me if i recently changed brand of gasoline. I said i did. He told me to go back to the brand i was using and wait. It this true? will changing the brand of gas you use make the engine light come on? Need feedback on this. Thanks......

ditch your mechanic..
go buy yourself a shop manual and check your stored trouble codes to see what's wrong with your car.
