Default engine code ???

im throwing a code 17 speed sensar code can a faulty speed sensar change my vtec engagment i have a gsr my vtec usually kicks in at 4500 rpm ever since the engine light came on its kickinin at 5000 rpm, alsomy dizzy starting to go bad its making ratteling noise at idle. ne one

learn to type in english.
the VSS code won't affect VTEC engagement, or at least engagement rpm. VTEC needs a VSS signal to work, but i've seen many cars with VTEC working and a bad VSS at the same time.
but since you've got a dizzy problem, that can lead to tachometer problems.. hence the VTEC point difference. but i'm just speculating.
