Oil kit? Are you talking about the breather kit he sells or the sandwich adapter that lets you tap into your oil system?
As a hint, when you are asking about a specific product you should at least make the effort to provide a link to it so that people know what you are talking about. . .

Re: endyne oil system (jfruauff)
It probably won't affect your tune, but it is a good idea if you have either a high-compression NA motor or forced induction - both of which can increase blow-by and therefore, crank case pressure.
There is a really good thread here:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1199935
If you scroll down, he lists the part numbers for the ports (OEM Honda parts) that replace plugs. After that, you really just need to route them to a breather tank. You may need to block off another breather hole, depending on which motor you have, but you did not provide that information. On my GSR, I got a plug from Z10 that blocks off the hole where the old factory box used to be.
The thread has a lot of information about active scavanging, but just ignore that and let the breather run passively.

Re: endyne oil system (jfruauff)
All you need for the GSR is the Z10 plug, the OEM Honda parts listed in the thread I referrenced and a breather tank. Then just run lines from the two nipples you installed to the tank. Done.
Try to get a tank that is internally baffled. I got one made by Allstar Performance because it has two medium sized bungs instead of one big one like most of the Morosso cans. I would not bother with a drain-back unless you find that the tank is filling up really fast. It is usually not worth the added effort.
Best of luck with your project.

Re: endyne oil system (Top Ramen)
thanks for the link man thats awesome. Do recommend just running a filter on the valve cover or run that threw the same breather..

Re: endyne oil system (Top Ramen)
I just took this picture to help you out. Its a gsr turbo motor I just built. You can see where the two nipples/ports listed in the thread above are used to replace block plugs. Then the Z10 billet plug fills the hole where the stock breather box used to sit.
Then you just run lines from the nipples to your breather and you are done. You can run a line from the valve cover and splice it into one of the other lines if you want. Or, just put a filter on it, I don't think it really matters much, so long as it breathes easily and is not recirculated back into the intake.
You can ususally find a variety of good breather tanks at any good perfromance shop. One that specalizes in domestic drag cars should have a bunch.
Once again, when you ask better questions, you get better answers.

How do you figure? I personally don't use a drain back, however, even if you do, the purpose of the breather tank is pretty clear from the name. It lets the crank case 'breath' and vents pressure so you make more power. The tank lets the air out but keeps the oil in.

Actually another member here has already tried buying one from them, and they said they are running out so they can only sell them with their breather kit.
I got mine just before this happened. Whew!

Its not meant to catch blow by, when you set it up to replace the PCV system. Instead of your engine releasing crankcase pressure through the factory PCV breather box system, it breathes out those 2 ports (pictured above) into a "can" and the vapors are released out the filter on top of the can.

On an FI engine, blow-by is by far the major source of crank case pressure.

Endyn instructs you to Tee it into one of the original lines.
I am running mine this way, currently.
Oh and as far as the plugs are concerned, you can just pick one up from a parts store. The manufacturer is Dorman.
On LS/B20 blocks is 34.5mm - parts america #555104
I dont remember what the vtec block plug size is, but you can find that by searching.
