do they check to see how much milage is on the car on the odometer? cuz im sure everyone here has swaped out the cluster for an si or ctr one. wut do i say if they say something? also would a small hole in my muffler fail emissions? also would my car have any problems going up on there ramps or anything for be too low or having exhaust hang too low? thanks

it ll depend on what part of the country ur from..but in calif. they do a exhaust inspection looking for illegal stuff and if something needs repair they ll let u know..and if there is something they can either tell u they wont continue the visual or just black flag ur car..meaning u wont be able to smog anywhere in the state unless uve gone to a ref

as far as the reading on the odometer they ll just record the reading

My car they saw how low it was and did an 'idle revdown test'.... they put the lil funnel over my exhaust, made me hold it at like 3000 rpms for 30 seconds... No inspection on the inside, no under the hood...

just the mirror and the idle revdown.
