EM1 vs. EJ8 seats
I just picked up a bone stock '99 EX. The last Honda I owned was an Integra and the first thing I noticed in this car is that I sit much higher than I'd like. A local guy is selling a set (front and reat) EM1 seats for a decent price. What I'd like to know is, are they that much different? Do you sit lower and have more support? Can anyone supply side by side pics?
I searched around, but most of the results were FS threads, so I hope this is something you civic experts can answer, thanks!

Re: EM1 vs. EJ8 seats (alfaaay)
I hear that the Si seats are pretty shitty. I know my EJ8 seats blow. If anything, I'd buy Del Sol seats or GSR non-leathers
But ask the guys on the EM1 Crew thread. They'll tell you.

Yep exactly. Em1 and Ej8 seats are exactly the same except for the pattern and the headrests. Em1's aren't any more comfortable. I had them at one point and you should really just go with something else. GSR's...del sol's....the list goes on.

Del Sols are ok. Not enough padding, but they are light weight. I got to run ITR seats for two weeks before I sold my hatch (was running Del Sols for over two years) and it felt much more comfortable.
