hey everyone. i have 2 issues today
1 issue is when i start my car up. when i start it up sometime it will go stright into high idle to 1500rpm. but sometimes it wil jump to 1000rmp then drop to where it feels like im about to stall, then jump to 1500. then slowly comes down to 500-600 rpms about when my car is warmed.

my mechanic told me it was the iacv.? (we bleeded the radiator also)other then that i dont no. maybe you guys cans help me out cause i wanna get it fixed asap.

next.

this happens exspecially when i have my lights on but also without. like today it was raining in ny and everytime my wishsheild wipers went, my idle will drop. samething happens when i got to open my window or sunroof and etc.
- do you guys think i need a new battery or maybe new alternator? i checked my grounds as well.
