Default EM1 BUILD!!!

hey guys i need some help i just bought a 99 civic si for $800 fully stock rough paint n had a bad head the intake cam grounded in the head so i bought a rebuild one so now im not sure if i should rebuild the bottom end too i check the bottom end was not seized i turn the crank bolt n it turn smooth...cuz i dont kno yet if i should turn it over or keeep it ...also where can i find all the spec for torque value for the head bolts and all the other bolts if i dont hav the owner manuel.thankz

if you do not rebuild the bottom end it wouldnt hurt to pull the crank cap and check it for scaring from small debri from the grounded cam. i would definately clean the oil pan and oil pick up and flush the block with a pressure washer if the crank is ok.

if i take the oil pan and pressure wash all that it wont affected it even if i put degreaser?
and do i have to take out the internals in the block?to do that cuz if so i probabbly take it to get it hot tank

no it shouldnt affect it. make sure u give it plenty of time to dry out. while ur at it id check the crank for scaring and reapply lucus oil stabilizer on the bearing surfaces. make sure to clean the pickup and the oil pump very good. id take it off and take it apart and clean it thoroghly . any small shavings could damage the bottom end.
