Electrical/Radio Problems 94 si coupe
Hey guys!
So to make a story short, my climate control bulbs were burnt out, so today i decided to replace them. So after an hour, both bulbs are replaced and the dash and everything is back together. I turn on the car, and the radio doesnt work. On/off, nothing as if no power. So I play with it a bit, check fuses, etc, and everything is good but it still doesnt work. So im really frustrated at this point, I jump in the car to go to a friends house, and I hit vtec the whole way there(5 min drive). (car has ls-vtec engine). When I get there, tada everything works! But then, when I turn on my headlights with hids, i hear cloudyness in the backround on certain stations that are hard to receive.... Hi beam yellow stock lights dont give this cloudyness. So My question is what did these 2 bulbs screw up? Theres an obvious electrical problem, im thinking can it be the alternator or something? its so weird how these 2 little light bulbs frigged everything up.
(Radio is a Pioneer single din)
Thanks for the help,
Jeff
