Default Electrical issues

My 97 mini me is having some serious issues. The lights in the dash and the radio are flashing, same as the exterior lights (i.e. headlights, brake lights). I have replaced the alternator, battery, main fuse box under the hood, and all the grounds. I have asked many shops on theories but nobody has ever heard of this issue.

My 93 CX Mini Me does that, too. I was going to try the Voltage Stabilizer + Greddy or HKS Ground wires on ebay.

(Japan Racing Charging System)

sounds like wires are grounding out somehow. Take out the 40A? Light fuse in fuse box in the engine bay and see if it continues. If it does then you have something wrong with the wiring from the fuse box out into the engine bay and if it doesn't continue you have a problem w/ the wiring from the fuse box in towards your car. GL! bitch to find. Also could possibly be your alarm

no system and have replaced the alternator twice, I also found a draw, but when I pulled the fuse out of the radio fuse under the hood the draw did not show but the lights were still flashing
