EK SWAPS INFO...???
ok i searched and hardly anything comes up for swaps on EK's
1. i just wanna know the basics on whats needed to put any year LS swap into my 1998 Ek hatch, motor mounts, wiring, injectors, dizzy, ETC.
2. is it easier to put a b16a2 in there because of its properties of being a civic already?
what would be needed to put that in there, mounts, wiring, its obd2b i think so what would i have to change to make it A??
I've never had OBD2, so i dono what works and what doesn't
I"ve always had obd1, so forgive me if i don't know much on the newer civics

http://www.hybrid-racing.com has a ton of info if u wanna go K series. I'd look into that.

If you got a full b16 swap from a 99-00 Si you wouldnt need to buy any mounts...
But if you get any other B series swap you will need the front tranny mount to that specific tranny, 99-00 Si rear tranny mount, 99-00 Si A/C Bracket, 99-00 Si driver side mount bracket.

hey guys say i got an b18b from 94-2000 or whatever...say a 9 LS.. couldn't i just use my DX,CX,EX wiring harness to make it run..?
and i need the info quick because of motor choices

hey, this is what i'm gonna run, confirm me on this one and let me know if it'll work
i found a b16a swap with trans
91 b16a with 94 Teg trans of some sort
i'm gonna run An 96-98 Ex wiring harness with injectors
Obd2 GSR dizzy, not sure what year it is, don't think it matters
If i want no CEL which i don't i'll buy a harness converter and use my b16a3 ECU
All civic SI mounts are needed correct along with Civic Si Shift linkage
will this set-up work...i just thought it up off the top of my head? if not what else is needed
