EK Stainless Steel Brake Line Help!
Hello HT,
I am getting ready for track day and seriously need to get my car ready. I have about a month before the event start. As the title stated I want to upgrade my brake lines to stainless steel and use Dot 4. One issue I have is selecting the correct brake line or part number. I have look between StopTech and GoodRidge and decided to go with StopTech.
Chassis - 1999 Honda Civic DX
Brake - 98 Integra Brake Booster and Master Cylinder
Front - 98 Integra Spindle and Calipers
Rear - 98 Integra Complete Rear Disk
If anyone can help me decide which one I need, I would appreciate it.
99/00 Civic SI Front - 950.40007
99/00 Civic SI Rear - N/A
98 Integra LS Front - 950.40000
98 Integra LS Rear - 950.40500 ** May have to go with this one since there is none for the Dx or Si Models
All other brands welcomed, Comment away!!! Thanks!

Re: EK Stainless Steel Brake Line Help!
I used Russell on my 2000 EK Sedan w/GSR rear disks. Ordered for a 2000 Si. Fits fine. My front was a little tricky though as I’m using ITR/Prelude calipers.

Yea I believe the rear should be fine using the 00 EM1 lines, but I yesterday talking to one of the Tech from StopTech, he claim that they dont carry a rear for 99/00 SI, I may consider other brand if they carry it. Yea the teg front spindle and brake is a little tricky with the lines that is the whole point I made this thread.

Re: EK Stainless Steel Brake Line Help!
Teg rears are the same as the Si. I have GSR trailing arms and rear discs on my EK and GSR front knuckles with ITR calipers. The rear Si lines in the Russell kit fit perfectly, but the fronts wanted to kink and stretch when run in the OEM brake hose retaining brackets. I had some little brackets in the garage that helped the situation.
