Default EK hatchback

What can i do to a stock EK HATCHBACK 96', To make it run 12's or lower? ( I have 10,000)

If i were to put turbo in it will it fit with the intercooler and everything?

How can i make it safe to drive daily with a turbo ?

Here's what you do. Chop/take off ALL body parts except what's holding the suspension in place & the engine. Yes, this means the door, roof, windows, etc.

Do so until all you have is 4 wheels, one seat and the engine in front of you.

boo yah...unrealistic newby

You have 10,000 dollars, sell the hatch and buy an RX7. Shouldn't be too hard to break ino 12's. With your money just do an H22 swap and you'll be hitting 12's no time, not to mention a beast on the streets.

can't do on stock motor man, hate to break it to ya. maybe 12's fully built, but that takes alot of money when u can just have some mods done and be in 12's already with dohc.

If you really have $10K (Which is hard to believe), and obviously dont know much about cars, then go to your local speed shop and tell them that you have $10k and want to run 12's. They will jump on that for sure. Not many people are going to waste their time listing the parts you need if theyre not sure you have the money or if youre just some curious kid pretending to have money on the internet. Sorry for the harshness .

"slowasshatch"...i have more than 10,000 dollars but that's for the car. Hard to believe that a little kid like me has 17,000. I might not know a lot about cars but I dont go around making judgements on people that I dont even know.

Before you spend any of the money spend a couple months reading posts on H-T. After you get an idea of what you want to accomplish with the car then start building. If you dont do this I predict you will blow the whole 10,000 and probably the motor too.

Remmember not everything has to be done right away so take some time and do it right the first time.

I totally agree. Read and learn about cars first and then decide what you want done. Don't rush it. You'll waste a **** load of money and probably be very disappointed. Or you can listen do what vtecvoodoo said, get American muscle..
