OEM foglights wired correctly will do this. You can rewire them to make them work like aftermarket lights, but I couldn't tell you off the top of my head how.

Also, we'd need to know what year it is ('96-'98 or '99-'00?) to say how to wire it. They wire differently on the interior.

i can tell you the way my friend did it. he ran the wiring directly to the foglight switch and the battery. and they turn on any time he wants them too. it took him a while to figure it out and splice a wire or two.

Isn't it illegal for foglights to be on by themselves anyways? COrrect me of i'm wrong, though. I remember reading it in the Oregon Drivers Manual.

The legality may vary from state to state, but regardless, it doesn't make much sense. If visibility is limited to the point where you want to use your fog lamps (either in poor weather or darkness), it will obviously also be a good idea to have your taillights and parking/running/city lights switched on, so that other drivers can see you more easily.

Without having the relay tied into the parking lamps, it's also much easier to accidentally leave the fog lights switched on when leaving the car, thus greeting you with a dead battery when you return.

I know that at least many states have it so it's illegal (I believe) to have highbeams and foglights on at the same time. OEM foglights and OEM wired foglights (this includes aftermarket foglights with OEM interior harness) will turn off with the high beams on.

I'd rather have the OEMs set up the OEM way than the Esuse lights I have on my '98 EX coupe now.

Plug the white one into plug (1) and the Red/Black wire into plug (3).

That will allow you to turn the foglights on as long as the key is set to ACC (I).

you plug them in to the 1 and three under the big c912.
then mount the relay ground the wires plug them into the fogs and they should work

Did I not just say that? Was it entirely necessary to regurgitate my post like pizza and beer at a frat party?

And you'd be a dipshit if you tried to jam a brown 1-pin molex socket into a two-pin fuse socket. So what now?
