Default EK ctr sir navigation system

can anyone tell me if the jdm SIR navigation system looks different from a CTR or is it both the same? Thanks

96 up civic hatch or does the year of the car change the looks of it too.

i think they are the same, but if you like having jdm maps, that's cool. won't do you much good here in the US except show that you have it.

hehhe they are the same the only difference is the carbon fiber look on ctr.

There is no CTR navigation. Only the 96-98 EK4 came with optional navigation. The 97-Spec CTR came with a normal RHD cf-print console very similar to the USDM 96-98 console (just flipped).

Very hard. You have to do a complete 99-00 climate control conversion first, which involves ripping out your entire dash, and changing out the dash harness and blower box setup. Then you need the navi console, a complete, unmolested navigation harness, the navigation brain cassette slave, and the TV tuner. Good luck doing all that for less than $2000.
