EK Cat-back on EG???

My buddy has an EK coupe and I have an EG coupe. He has an extry cat back and I am in serious need of a cat back, running straight header LOL. So will it fit on mine? Without modification?

I looked up catbacks for a guy and eg/ek/dc are the same. It should bolt up, and if not, hack saw time.
