naw on the outside of the car there's the black overing theres two screws i removed it but now how do i pull the black part off of the antenna itself.

the assembly is one piece. if you haven't unplugged the antenna wire, the "cover" will not come out. save yourself a headache and tie a piece of string to the end of the wire as you pull it out
