So you learned how to do bodywork and how to paint by reading a book? If so, wow! Im a body tech and it took me a whole year of hands on experience every day to really master what I do.

when you say "epoxy" are you talking about the primer? Just asking because I never seen anyone wet sand at that stage in the repair.

This thread is going to get confusing becuase right now im putting together the components of the b16a engine that had the shattered wrist pin (as if in the past). I am still waiting on the b18c from ERL in real time. But i will keep updating the build as it HAD progressed at the beginning of spring. Reason being becuase all the the turbo system and aux. components will remain the same when i switch over to the b18c with type r head.

Here is the coolant return (from turbo) made from 3/8 JIC tubing and fittings with a union to a -6 teflon hose. Reason I went with aluminum hardline is for reliability reasons. This is manily a street driven vehicle. Even though the teflon flexiable lines are good to about 475 degrees I am taking no chances since this line will be surrounded by an extremely hot manifold.
