EJ2 Auto to manual Conversion
I have a 93' Civic DX Coupe, its been unreliable. I want an upgrade. It has a swapped D15B8 and i swapped it to a D15B7 16V head, still with the original D15B7 auto trans, nearing 300,000 miles on a Auto P06 ECU. I found a 94' DX manual with a swapped D16Z6 that i want to buy. The car isn't in the greatest condition. So I want to buy it just to rob parts off it. How much of a pain is this to swap? Idon't have powersteering or A/C, don't need to worry about that. both are OBD1 ( i know i'll have to do alittle splicing for the VTEC). I think the car has a P05, which is non-vtec if i remember? would i be good if i found a P28 for it? Not to worried about the engine swap but whats entailed in converting my car to a manual? I've found several sketch details online, looking for some solid answers here. Thanks.

Re: EJ2 Auto to manual Conversion
This has been covered several times for the 5th and 5th gen. Civics. Searching finds them easy.
