EJ Rear Column Seat Belt Bolt Removal
So in my 95 coupe, I'm going to install a 3-point harness for the driver and I'm going to use the bolt that holds the rear seat belt to the column (I think it's the C column, but I'm not sure about the name). But theres a plastic cover over the bolt and I was wondering how you get it off. Anyone know, or should I just break the cover off?

Yeah, it seemed like it was stuck on there pretty well, but I ended up prying it off with a wrench.
