EG6 hatch or S2000 ?!?!
i need a lot of opinions, suggestions and inputs on what i should do. Right now i have an EG6 hatch w/ LS-VTEC nearly full built, but now ive been encountering a lot of S2000 enthusiasts, i can only afford to have one, id have both if i had $$ to burn. Is it worth selling my LS-VTEC EG6 blood, sweat and tear project car and get an 02/03 S2000 and make that my project? please guys help me out with this decision. BTW my EG6 is a speechless killing machine. AHH!!

Get the s2000, 240 horsepower stock, rear wheel drive, convertable, u cant beat that $hit. Also the s2000 is a newer car and is probobly alittle more reliable then your EG6.

Is insurance going to rape you remember car payment and insurance may not leave you with money to modify the s2k and the way your talking you dont like stock cars so keep that in mind.

Personal opinion, I have the drivetrain up for sale out of my EG right now that I have torn down and built 4 times over changing my setup just because it's the only way I could convince my wife that the EM1 was a good idea.
It's up to you but dammit man, as we get older, reliability has to mix with fun and my EM1 acts like a stock car until about 5000 rpms.

If there is a will, there is a way. I posted my EG for sale, prior to getting my s2k, hoping to put a larger down payment. After some decent offers for my hatch, I just couldn't get over all the work I had put into my hatch(long hours building, and seeing someone else driving what I built!) and took it off the market. Now I have both and I couldn't be happier. Anyone that I have talked to, who sold their hatch, always ends up regretting it later, and ends up building another. Besides for every $1k down, is only $20 off. A $120 reduction in my monthly payment, was not enough for me to lose out on some thing I worked my ***** over to build. That's just my .2 cents.

S2k for sure, beautiful car that will retain its value better than a fourteen-year old grocery getter. Why drive a rattle can when you could drive a more comfortable and sophisticated car. Its your decision, you make the call. Good Luck.
