EG6 cluster problems
hey i just picked up a eg6 cluster today is it just me or is it hella dim? i know there isnt no dim adjuster on it but dayam the lights are hella dark is there anyway i can put new bulbs in? to make them brighter or is the bulbs amber?!?! not shure what to d really this is my first eg6 cluster so yah still new at it please help a brotha out!

their were two different versions, the second one has a back lighting,
and is very bright. Not sure what models it came out of.

wait, your saying that the backlit cluster
was from the lower models? I think you have
it backwards. This came out of the nice one, with
black interior, and tcs. I took it out myself. Just
dont know the model name. SIR-G or SIR-S.

SiR-G would be a JDM GSR, probably the SiR-S.
But to the original poster yes they are a bit dimmer, but if you are seeing some uneveness in the lighting (say your 120km/h is darker then your 20km/h,) you may have a bulb out, the bulbs are not amber, they are the same as the US ones, but without the blue bulb condom. just pull it out and swap the bulbs.
And yes the 92-95 Civic SiRSiRII's have white faces, but the VTi and below have black.

all of the jdm eg6's came with white faces, its just some
were brighter then others.
Anyone every tried getting a brighter bulb to replace them?
