Default EG6 WITH B18C-R SWAP (WATER IN EXHAUST) SEARCHED BUT NO LUCK, PLEASE HELP

Ok heres the problem

I am seeing steam and water vapour coming out of exhaust even when engine is warm and weather outside is hot and sunny.

I have a b18c-r with a omni test pipe and a mugen twin loop exhaust.

I have noticed no coolant loss in rad or overflow.

I have pulled plugs and they are like slightly wet black.(on all 4 plugs), I tried cleaning plugs and run engine for 30 mins at idle and pulled them again and they were slighly black again.

I have changed intake manifold gasket and checked all lines.

Put in new o2 sensor.

Checked cam and dizzy timing and they are spot on.

No oil in water or water in oil.

Please can you help me out with some suggestions.

Whats puzzling me is that all plugs were slightly wet black not just one so its happening across the chambers whatever it is.

Dude....What state are you in....Ever figure it was just cold outside?

Condensation in the exhaust is normal.

Wet and black on the plugs sounds like you are running rich. stick you head down by the tail pipe when the car is running what does it smell like. If you have a sweet smell then you are more then likely burning coolant. Smell of fuel then running rich. Smells like normal then most likely nothing to worry about. It is normal to have a small amount of water come out of the tail pipe. If you take a look at most mufflers they have a small drain holes to allow water to drain out of them.

if the chemistry in your engine is working right (correct fule to air ratio) them one of the by products of internal combustion is water. not in huge amouts but enought you might notice if it condenced then was evaporated again . like when you turn off your engine and lett it kool off then start it up again later.

The smell of the vapour is very strong. Not sweet. I pulled the pipe before the backbox and there was a bit of water in there too.
Weather today was very hot and dry and still I could see a slight white vapour and water droplets in tailpipe. I will try and take a vid or some pics.

When I pulled my cat to put on test pipe a week ago it was clogged totally and water poured out from it.

Any more imput guys

Evening bump

It sounds like with that much water you have a problem. you might have a bad head gasket or even a cracked in your head letting water into the exhaust system. good luck finding it. Did you have the head ported at some time maybe there was damage when that was done but you said that you are not loosing any coolant. It almost sounds like someone is putting water into your tail pipe.
