Eg w/ b18c header question...
Got a 93 si hatch w/ b18c. I'm debating on purchasing these USDM DC Sports headers (4-1) because of fittament issues. First off, I'd prefer AN-R's or Toda's but don't want to throw down that much cash plus I might be able to get the DC's for about $200 BRAND NEW (Ceramic Coated of course). Also, my car is dropped no more than 1.5 inches so bottoming out the headers isn't an issue. Here's the questions:
Will I have to extend or shorten the cat to fit the legnth of the headers?
and
Does the flange line up or does that need to be redone/fitted also?
Thanks for your time and any input guys?
Edit: Forgot to mention that the headers are for the Type R.

The itr is a couple cm short from reaching the the flange from what ive experienced anyways. Try and see if it will reach. If not, get a muffler shop to extend it for you.
Also check out the megan header, also very cheap and decent performance. And its stainless w\ 2.5 collector
