Default Eg si wiring issue

I have 93 eg si
I bought it as a shell it had no engine harness and no interior dash harness
So I went to the junk yard and picked up and interior dash harness off and ej1 ex 5 speed .
Then I bought a b20v engine with a ls trans, engine had an obd1 harness. I'm having issues with the car not reving up past 4K
Just recently got the distributor rebuilt
I'm using a chipped p28 ecu
I don't know what engine harness I have on the swap

So my question now is should I get the ej1 engine harness or should I mess with the engine I have on it now ?

You should pull any CEL codes and post them.

Which is the CKP sensor, which will put the ECU into limp mode, which will stop it from going past 4000 RPM. If you don't have a voltmeter, go buy one, then follow this flowchart.

Socket and chip the ECU to bypass the Crank Sensor.
